Amid Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce Romance Rumors, “She’s doing what she wants to do.”
In terms of her burgeoning romance with NFL player Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift is following her own path.
According to Us Weekly, the “Cruel Summer” singer isn’t thinking about the naysayers as the two continue to get to know one another. The singer has spent the previous two Sundays supporting the Chiefs tight end and Kansas City.
Taylor doesn’t consider the repercussions or the appearance of [cheering him on], according to a source who recently spoke with the outlet. “Following her heart comes naturally to Taylor, and she doesn’t think about the consequences or the optics of [cheering him on],” the source said.
“She’s doing what she wants to do, and it’s a breath of fresh air all around.”
Swift is reportedly loving her time with Kelce, who is “completely smitten” with her. Kelce is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs.
“Taylor is at a point in her life where she’s no longer willing to hold back,” a different source informed Us Weekly. “If something feels right — like it does with Travis — she’s jumping in with both feet. She’s very happy and loving life right now.”
According to the site, the couple allegedly “talks every day.”
The state of Swift’s relationship with Kelce has not yet been made public.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, just before the Chiefs and Jets game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the two-time Super Bowl champion was seen leaving the Grammy Award winner’s apartment in New York City, according to Page Six.
In addition to Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, Sophie Turner, and Hugh Jackman, Swift watched the action from a luxury room with her celebrity entourage.
Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany joined Swift’s entourage and even had dinner with the pop superstar on Saturday night. Brittany Mahomes is the wife of the Chiefs quarterback.
Swift was spotted in the star-studded suite on Sunday with Donna Kelce, who was also in attendance, and Swift was seen holding her arm.
Swift made headlines last week when she joined Kelce’s loved ones, including Donna, at the Chiefs-Bears game at Arrowhead Stadium.
As a result of the uproar, Kelce declared on last week’s episode of his podcast “New Heights” that he would refrain from discussing Swift in public in order to respect their privacy.
On Wednesday’s episode, Kelce stated that he thought the NFL was “overdoing it” with the Swift hoopla.
The league received criticism for sharing images of Swift and references to songs on its social media pages. One such post was the since-deleted statement in the Chiefs’ Instagram bio, which read: “Chiefs are 2-0 as Swifties.”
“We frequently change our bios and profile imagery based on what’s happening in and around our games, as well as culturally,” According to a statement given to The Post by the NFL. “The Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce news has been a pop cultural moment we’ve leaned into in real-time, as it’s an intersection of sport and entertainment, and we’ve seen an incredible amount of positivity around the sport.”
