Amid Restraining Orders, Dillon Danis Again Posted Nina Agdal’s Explicit Picture On X

Logan Paul is not going to stand a chance against Dillon Danis if he fights with this much tenacity.

Danis is still using social media to insult Paul’s fiancee, model Nina Agdal, in order to promote his bout on October 14 in Manchester, England.

The most recent post, which featured a nearly-naked Agdal, was published one day after the 31-year-old served legal papers to Danis.

The post’s caption begins, “Morning,” as he frequently does when writing about Agdal and Paul.

According to MMAfighting.com, Danis skipped the hearing for the restraining order that Agdal had asked on Tuesday as well.

As a result, federal judge Madeline Cox Arleo of New Jersey mandated that Danis be subject to the restraining order.

“He ‘and all persons in active concert or participation with him’ are forbidden from posting ‘sexually explicit photographs’ of Agdal without her permission,” MMAfighting.com said.

Two weeks ago, TMZ reported that Agdal was preparing to file a lawsuit against Danis and ask a judge to issue a restraining order due to the latter’s persistent social media posts about her.

Since his altercation with Paul, 28, was publicized earlier this summer, Agdal said Danis, 30, has blogged “despicable” comments about her more than 250 times, which she claimed has caused her “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm.”

Moreover, the former Victoria’s Secret model claimed that a post published by Danis on August 11 was illegal under both federal and state law.

In her case, Agdal requested unspecified damages; nevertheless, she is suing for at least $150,000 per infringement of the federal legislation that forbids the dissemination of private pictures.

TMZ reports that papers were sent to Danis on Monday outside his Jersey City, New Jersey, residence.

The process server tried to hand the papers to Danis, but Danis rebuffed him and said, “That’s not me.” The server then abandoned the papers on the ground.

TMZ reports that Dillon Danis has been given 21 days to respond to the accusation.
