Alex Rodriguez And His ‘Life As A College Dad’ With His Daughter Is Worth Watching

After making his Major League Baseball debut in 1994 at the age of 18, Alex Rodriguez hasn’t had to accomplish much for himself in the last thirty years.

By the age of 20, he had already amassed a million dollars, and during the course of his 22 seasons in Major League Baseball, he made over $455 million.

So, it wasn’t shocking at all that A-Rod appeared utterly confused by the whole process when his college-age daughter Natasha Rodriguez asked him to go grocery shopping with her this week.

Alex Rodriguez posted a video to Instagram with the caption, “Life as a college dad.”

“So I was very excited that my daughter asked me to go to dinner here at the University of Michigan,” to the camera, he says.

“I fly in, I go to her dorm. First thing we do? We go do her laundry,” he continued.

“Then, I’m starving so I’m thinking we are going to a great restaurant and then we pull up at Trader Joe’s. And we’ve been here for the last two hours. We’ve bought enough food for four semesters and I’m still starving.”

Then A-Rod is shown pulling a cart as the camera pans.

He attempts to leave through the entry in the video, which he subtitles, saying, “Just when I think I am in the clear.”

His daughter, who is presumably in charge of the camera, is constantly giggling at him in the meantime.

He eventually reaches the exit, but hangs on… “enough food for four semesters”? She is plainly not carrying any more than one shopping bag if any at all, as she is pushing the camera along with the two that are already in the cart.

Is Alex Rodriguez unaware of the functioning of food? As we already know, he has no idea how to use a snow shovel.
