After 19 years in a Relationship, F1 legends, Jean Todt and Michelle Yeoh finally got Married

Fans of Formula 1 have their picture-perfect couple thanks to the recent marriage of former Ferrari Team Principal Jean Todt and his longtime girlfriend Michelle Yeoh. After dating Yeoh for 19 years, the French motorsports great, who also served as the President of the FIA, the organization in charge of Formula 1, from 2009 to 2021, announced their engagement and subsequent marriage. Early in the new millennium, the two began dating, and the Financial Times reports that they moved in together in 2004.

Hollywood veteran Michelle Yeoh has acted in blockbuster films like “Crazy Rich Asians,” “The Witcher: Blood Origin,” and “Everything Everywhere All At Once.” At the age of 60, the latter brought the Malaysian her first Oscar. Yeoh was listed among the 100 Most Influential People by Times Magazine in 2022. Yeoh and Todt’s love story was detailed in detail in their wedding invitation. “We met in Shanghai on 4th June 2004. On 26th July 2004, J.T. proposed to marry M.Y. and she said YES.“

It wasn’t until former Ferrari driver Felipe Massa broke the word that Jean Todt had wed that the news reached the media. Jean Todt moved to Twitter to corroborate the Brazilian’s rumor, writing: “Now that my other son @MassaFelipe19 has “discreetly” spread the good news, I can happily confirm the union with the Love of my life, Michelle.”

Jean Todt Is Married before

Famous Ferrari Team Principal Jean Todt has been engaged to Michelle Yeoh for 19 years, but he was previously married to another woman. Nicolas Todt, a child of Jean’s first marriage, has chosen a career in motorsports in addition to his father. The owner of a French motorsports team by the name of Nicolas, Daniil Kvyat, Pastor Maldonado, Felipe Massa, and Marcus Armstrong all had him as their manager. Yeoh was previously married to DCIL dynasty business tycoon Dickson Poon of Hong Kong.

On the professional front, Jean Todt has disclosed that he has left Formula 1 in order to take a break from motorsports. But because he was Michael Schumacher’s boss at the time, he will always be recognised as the cause of the German’s successful Ferrari era. Although the seven-time World Champion has avoided the spotlight since the skiing accident that appeared to have put him in a coma, Todt recently disclosed to Corriere della Sera that he still visits Schumacher’s family.
