According To LSU’s Official Instagram, Gymnast Olivia Dunne Is “In Her Beam Era”
Olivia Dunne, a college gymnast, dazzled spectators and fellow teammates with her most recent beam display.
The LSU student-athlete who has become a social media celebrity will begin her senior year in Baton Rouge, where she hopes to help the Tigers improve upon their fourth-place performance at the 2017 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championship.

Dunne’s dedication was clearly visible in a recent clip that the squad shared on Instagram.
Captioned “In her beam era,” Dunne dazzled when she performed a triple backflip on the beam while wearing an LSU leotard, with her teammates and coaches encouraging her.
Fans and teammates praised the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model in the comments, with Kiya Johnson adding: “Crown her!”

Elena Arenas, who some fans believe should have her photos taken down, was Dunne’s closest friend and referred to Dunne as the “Beam queen.”
While Bryce Wilson merely tacked on, “Period.”
In regards to Dunne’s supporters, one joked, “I wish I could do that, gosh dang.”
A second remarked, “Want to see her have a kick a** year.”
A third chimed in, saying, “Livvy is the baddest!!!”

In a recent TikTok post, Dunne’s athletic skills and flexibility were also prominently featured.
She executed the splits in mid-air, then a handstand against the wall in the locker room at the LSU gymnasium, then tucked one foot behind her head as the other held her upright against the wall.
Though Olivia Dunne captioned the post, “Slight deduction on the landing,” it appears she wasn’t as delighted with these maneuvers as her followers were.

The native of New Jersey appears to have big goals for her final year of college.
On TikTok, she just posted a gymnastics collection video with the message, “Senior season… Last one, best one.”
