“a foul ball just hit my phone,” said Rachel Stuhlmann as a foul ball hit her during the Dodgers game

At last night’s Dodgers game, Rachel Stuhlmann, the No. 1 tennis influencer in the world, came under attack.

Stuhlmann was texting while watching the game when she took a foul ball straight to her phone, in a story that has been told since the beginning of time (or whenever texting started). Bam. Exactly like that. I didn’t even anticipate it!

In the park, Rachel, keep your eyes wide open. Baseball game 101 ends there.

“At the Dodgers game and a foul ball just hit my phone while I was texting LOL,” she wrote on Twitter. Thank god she and her cell phone are safe.

Rachel Stuhlmann gracefully deflects the foul ball

Ever received a foul ball strike? Regardless of whether you anticipate it or not, it is startling.

I took a foul ball straight off the chest down the third base line when the Dodgers held spring training in Vero Beach back in the day—a great time, I should add. I worked as a CATCHER for 15 years, so it’s not fantastic.

However, Rachel Stuhlmann’s story has a happy ending, so everyone may relax. The No. 1 tennis influencer in the world, also referred to as the tennis equivalent of Paige Spiranac, appears to be in good health in the photo above. I think it looks good.

In the earlier part of this week, she also celebrated the Fourth of July on the tennis courts before attending a Dodgers game. I suppose that’s not too horrible of a way to start a new month.

Put your seatbelt on. Despite all of the miscues that come her way, Rachel Stuhlmann is still here and she isn’t leaving.
