Only a few days into Free Agency, it’s been very exciting to see how players move and how teams let go or bring on players. League altering moves like Klay Thompson’s departure from the Warriors, Paul George’s arrival to Philadelphia, and more are exactly what gets NBA fans excited this time of the year.
These moves are just the beginning however. There are still plenty players left on the table, that can take a #4-5 seed and turn them into a championship level team.
Top 3 Remaining NBA Free Agents:
- The high level scorer Demar Derozan is still on the table. Lakers fans are grasping to get a hold of him as they grow worry with their front office’s lack of signings. Derozan, a long time Kobe Bryant fan is in many rumors of being thrown in a sign and trade with the Lakers. Last season, the 34 year old averaged 24 points playing 37.8 minutes a game. Adding him to the Lakers would undoubtedly throw the Lakers back in to title contention, and the big three of LeBron James and Anthony Davis would have fans roaring once again.
2. Miles Bridges is also a great role player that a team may be able to scoop up under the radar. The 6’7 forward had a great return to the Hornets last season averaging 21 points and 7.3 rebounds per game after his domestic violence case. This two-way slasher will fit in seamlessly to any team needing an athletic forward that has also developed his outside shooting.
The Clippers seem to be frontrunners for acquiring the 26 year old after losing Paul George to Philadelphia.
