She made the decision to go back to school and chose TCU. Her last season at LSU was erratic, to say the least.

Reagan backs Hailey Van Lith’s decision.

Reese, who enthusiastically supported her choice to forgo the draft and enroll at Texas Christian University, is undoubtedly still a close friend of hers.

During her final season at Louisville, she finished with a 19.7 point average; but, at LSU, she plummeted to 11.6 points per game while shooting 37.8% from the field. Van Lith decided it would be better to transfer to a program where she “can relax and get back to my normal position,” LSU head coach Kim Mulkey told reporters, giving a suggestion that she may have felt pressure at LSU.

She may now start anew at TCU in preparation for her senior year, and if she can find her form at Louisville, the WNBA will be calling her.
