The Bayou Traditions gala included a stunning black dress that LSU gymnast and social media sensation Olivia Dunne wore, leaving her admirers in awe.

Louisiana State University is the host institution for the occasion, which is formally named “Bayou Traditions Inaugural Gala: A Night of Champions.” The goal of the event is to raise money to give Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) chances to a chosen group of student-athletes.

Attending the event in an eye-catching black dress that had a thigh-high split, Dunne—the highest-paid female athlete in the NCAA—made an impression. Finished off the ensemble with athletic footwear, the gymnast wore her signature blond hair loose. Following the event, the gymnast posted glimpses of her outfit on Instagram.

Bayou Traditions and Dunne have collaborated to establish “The Livvy Fund.” Her goal in creating this fund is to teach other female athletes at LSU about partnerships and personal branding while also giving them access to elite companies and NIL endorsement deals.

“I really just hope that [The Livvy Fund] is the first of many. I really hope to get as many women student athletes on board as I can. I want to continue to elevate women’s sports as a whole because they really deserve the same publicity as the men’s. We do equal work, we put in equal time in our facilities every day and in school, so I feel like it would be right for this to be equal,” Olivia told SI Swimsuit.
