Michael Penix Jr. Got Angel Reese On His Side. Know The Whole Story

Michael Penix Jr.’s Washington Huskies lost the NCAA National Championship against the Michigan Wolverines 34–13, which was one of the most agonizing defeats of his career. Angel Reese shared her condolences for the QB on her X account after learning of the loss.

In NCAA women’s basketball, Reese is the player of the moment. One of the few individuals who truly knows what Penix is going through is the LSU Tigers forward, who has lived her entire life in the spotlight.

Penix Jr.’s bonuses were reduced following the Michigan loss in advance of the April 2024 NFL Draft. NFL scouts weren’t very impressed with the Huskies southpaw after his difficult outing against the Wolverines secondary.

Reese shared a mysterious message on her X account with an emoji that appears to be a yellow “M” after Washington’s signal-caller difficulties.

Reese conveyed the succinct message by retweeting an LSU assistant coach Gary Reedus’ tweet. The original post from Reedus reads, “I don’t know the particulars of football, but I feel like holding could be called every play.”

That’s when Angel shared Redus’ message, to which Redus replied, “Penix got cheated (that’s hate)” with an emoticon of a crying face.

As soon as she replied, Reese seemed to concur with Reedus: “THAT’S HATE.” It has been suggested that the short conversation represents the Tigers forward’s sympathies for a teammate who is going through a trying moment.

What lies ahead for Penix Jr.

Recruiters were aware of the quarterback’s struggles against a challenging defense, despite his supporters’ claims that it was simply an off day for the player who helped Washington win a 13-0 record and rule the Pac-12.

Analysts believe that it is already challenging for a left-handed athlete to be successful in the NFL, and following a showing like Michael Penix Jr.’s versus Michigan on Monday, things may get more difficult for him to achieve his goals.
