The Argentine champion’s absence from the ceremony was attributed to a “security” issue, as determined by an assessment of the fan concentration that occurred. A neighbor shared on social media how they learned about Messi’s sister-in-law’s wedding: “We started walking and passed by one of the most beautiful churches here in Rosario, the difference to all the other days is that it was fenced and there were many people dressed up, so we thought, wedding”.
