During Sunday’s Chiefs-Patriots game, Taylor Swift’s father took center stage.

A few days after the pop sensation turned 34 on December 13, Scott Swift was spotted cutting his daughter’s birthday cake with spectators watching the game from a nearby suite at Gillette Stadium.

On social media, Scott was seen giving the sweet treat after Swift’s boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce, and his Chiefs defeated the Patriots, 27–17.

Swift was seen grinning throughout the precious moment. Swift was wearing a gray Chiefs sweatshirt and a beanie hat with Kelce’s 87 jersey number on it.

In another video posted on social media, Scott is seen tossing a number of guitar picks to the people gathered beneath his suite.

Moreover, the pleased father was decked up in Chiefs attire for the Week 15 match.

Swift was shown on the Jumbotron while watching the play alongside Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes of the Chiefs.

Swift was greeted by NFL fans with vibrant signs and a “Happy Birthday” song.

Swift celebrated her 34th birthday in New York City last week with her entourage of celebrities, which included actress Blake Lively and supermodel Gigi Hadid.

Due to Chiefs practice, which is necessary, 34-year-old Kelce was not present.

A source close to Kelce told the magazine, “Scott has been asked for his blessing and has wholeheartedly given it, and Travis has been talking to friends about a ring.”

“Taylor is so in love,” a Swift source told Page Six. “She just hasn’t been with a guy who is so excited and proud to be with her in so long. She’d gotten used to having to hide away and lay low whenever she’s been in a relationship.”

According to Kelce’s prior statement, he first got to know Scott when he traveled to Argentina in November to see Swift perform.

While the artist ruled the stage in Buenos Aires, the two were spotted chatting and having fun together.

Swift recently participated in her first sit-down interview in almost four years with TIME, during which she discussed her relationship with Kelce in public for the first time. Swift was named the magazine’s 2023 Person of the Year.

“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” Swift said.

“The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”

Swift and Kelce were originally connected in September, and the following month, they confirmed their connection.

It transpired after the All-Pro NFL player disclosed on his podcast, “New Heights,” that he attempted to have his chance with Swift during her “Eras Tour” stop in Kansas City in July.
