Eagles Head Security DiSandro Ejected, NFL To Review The Incident
Eagles coach Nick Sirianni has been compared to the spirit of Philadelphia by some, but DiSandro may have topped him on Sunday when the team’s security head was removed from the sidelines after getting into an argument with 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw.

Also, Nick Sirianni, the coach of Philadelphia, stated that his immediate thought was to put the situation behind him.
“That’s all we were trying to do in that scenario, is move on,” Sirianni said. “Get the ball down inside the 12-yard line or something after the personal foul, and just regroup and get everybody going and play the next play.”

However, unlike the audience, the NFL does not support the event. and isn’t prepared to let go just yet.
DeVonta Smith was taken out of bounds by Greenlaw on Philadelphia’s sideline, setting in a brawl that ended in a penalty.
In his 25th season with the Eagles, DiSandro then went too far by shoving Greenlaw aside while the 49ers standout and Smith exchanged blows.
It would be fair to describe Greenlaw’s subsequent action as “grazing” DiSandro in the face with his hand. As a result, the officials both ejected DiSandro and disqualified Greenlaw from the match.

And now it’s said that the NFL will try to use the Eagles’ security chief as an example.
A “high-level executive” predicted to Pro Football Talk “there will be significant punishment imposed” both on Dom DiSandro and the Eagles after Philadelphia’s senior advisor to the general manager/chief security officer touched 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw to break up a scuffle, which led to Greenlaw hitting DiSando and both men being ejected.
“Team security officials are not in-game bouncers. Keeping the peace is the job of the officials,” PFT’s Mike Florio wrote Sunday. “Non-players who insinuate themselves into the game action risk losing access to the game area.”

The NFL reminded all 32 clubs in a message earlier this season that fighting is strictly prohibited and may result in “serious accountability measures.” Additionally, the NFL will examine the situation after Sunday’s altercation between DiSandro and 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw to determine whether to impose such punishment.
According to the source, the evaluation will concentrate on Greenlaw, DiSandro, the 49ers, and the Eagles. It brings us full circle to the memo that raised the possibility of consequences for the teams that the players and non-players, including coaches, referees, and other staff, may face in addition to ejection.

Thus, the situation is going to be examined closely.
Who is Dom DiSandro?
In addition to being a senior consultant to general manager Howie Roseman, DiSandro joined the Eagles in 1999. DiSandro, a 45-year-old big strong guy who avoids interviews, is in charge of all player, coach, and executive safety and security issues.

Putting hands on a player to break up an incident on Sunday was the first time in a long time that a non-player and non-coach got engaged in the action. Dom DiSandro, the Eagles’ chief of security, was fired for his actions.
