Angel Reese Is Back In Game: Take A Look At Shaquille O’Neal’s Reaction On It

Shaquille O’Neal is thrilled to have Angel Reese back from her suspension by Louisiana State University, as it allows her to continue growing her career in the NCAA basketball leagues.

Reese was arbitrarily benched following the November 14 game against Kent State, which sparked a verbal altercation between parents as the coach appeared to be criticizing her for creating “locker room issues.”

But fans are thrilled now that Kim Mulkey has verified she can play the game on Wednesday, December 6. O’Neal, who had previously hypnotized her, appeared to be waiting for her return as he posted the news on his Instagram story.

Angel Reese is an unquestionable presence on the floor as she led the Southeastern Conference in points and rebounds in 2022–23, but the No. 7 ranked LSU Tigers have managed just fine without her, winning all four of their games to improve their season record to 5-1 (0.833).

Shaq is keeping an eye on her professional trajectory.

He lauded her abilities and referred to her as “the greatest athlete to ever come out of LSU Sports” on “The Big Podcast” in April 2023. It is evident that he is still keeping a close watch on her performance.

“She delivered that package,” O’Neal said to the podcast. “It’s a lot of names you can throw around, men and women, but she’s probably the greatest athlete.

“Some people are going to exclude it to women athletes. I’m not doing that. She’s the greatest athlete to ever come out of LSU because she got it done. Joe Burrow got it done a couple of years ago, but she’s way more athletic than he is.”

Though it’s a bold statement coming from one of the greatest centers of all time and a four-time NBA champion, it makes sense that someone with that level of athletic background would know a thing or two about athleticism.
