Josh Giddey Spoke About Him And His Underaged Girlfriend Recently
Online mocking of Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey has been relentless due to unsubstantiated claims and accusations. He was permitted to attend Friday’s practice by his team, which is already evidence that they are supporting their player during this whole ordeal.
Josh Giddey was spotted spending time on Snapchat with a young lady who goes by the unofficial handle Livv Cook in a number of leaked images and videos that surfaced online on Wednesday night. Cook is a minor who is fifteen years old, according to the person who released the material.

Giddey calls her “his girl” in one of the videos. Although she is in one of the photos as well, the most damning image shows a woman who doesn’t resemble Cook At all. It has been surmised by many that this photo was staged. Notwithstanding, a more comprehensive inquiry is warranted in light of the films and the additional image containing Giddey.

Josh Giddey did give a brief statement to the media on the day of the Oklahoma City practice. In two videos that Rylan Stiles, an OKC media member, posted, Giddey is questioned by the media regarding the circumstances.

He said: “I understand the question obviously but there is no further comment right now. I get the question guys and I completely understand you want to know about it but just for right now, I don’t have anything to say.”

When questioned about it, coach Mark Daigneault stated that it was a personal problem and that he would not comment. However, as was previously stated, Giddey’s participation in Friday’s practice was already an act of protest on the part of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Australian OKC player may or may not be implicated in another video featuring the young woman Livv Cook. The initial name of Giddey is mentioned by her, but the last name is left out.
According to the video of the minor girl, “He guys, I dated Josh but we don’t have to talk about it.”
There is still insufficient evidence to support these claims, even in light of the video that some are claiming is the last straw for Giddey. We won’t be able to determine whether the player is guilty of anything until we hear from him directly. Regardless of the outcome, Giddey and Cook’s lives have already been permanently impacted by this circumstance.
