Angel Reese Made ‘Look At Me’ TikTok Video Amid Her LSU News And Absence From The Major Games

While she’s not with the team, LSU basketball player Angel Reese is imitating Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders on social media.

The Hall of Fame defensive back recorded a lecture against skeptics, and the All-American forward posted the clip to TikTok on Wednesday. The video featured the forward moving around in a pink robe.

Speaking at a press conference in Colorado in August, Sanders exclaimed, “Look at me.”“What about me would make you think that I care about your opinion of me?

“Your opinion of me is not the opinion that I have of myself. You ain’t make me so you can’t break me.”

Sanders also said, “You didn’t build me so you can’t kill me,” but it was a condensed version of his remarks.

As of Thursday, comments on the post were disabled.

On her Instagram Story on Sunday, Reese posted the full video of Sanders during the press conference.

In a different post on her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Reese also revealed a heartfelt message she got from her neighbors.

“Dear Angel,” it stated. “Come back to the games I am your biggest fan.”

The reason behind Reese’s absence from the team is unknown.

LSU’s next game in the Cayman Islands Classic is on Friday against Niagara.

The junior, age 21, was out from her second straight game on Monday as LSU defeated Texas Southern University, 102-47.

Reese plays for the LSU women’s basketball team, but that is all the information Tigers head coach Kim Mulkey has chosen to provide media.

When Reese was benched for the whole second half of the Lady Tigers’ 30-point victory over Kent State on November 14, the controversy surrounding her began.

Then, on November 17, she did not go to see LSU defeat Southeastern Louisiana 73-50 on the road.

Despite continuing to be active on social media, Reese has not yet addressed her absence explicitly.

In a post on his Instagram Story, her boyfriend, guard Cam’Ron Fletcher of Florida State University, paid a heartfelt homage to Reese by featuring pictures of the two of them.

“Thankful to have such an amazing person like you in my life,” he wrote.

Speculation that Reese is suspended due to her low grades has been the focus of attention.

Reese was benched for the intention of making a “attitude adjustment,” according to a different OutKick report.

“Please don’t believe everything you read,” Reese on X, formerly Twitter, wrote.

It happened the day after she shared on her Instagram Story a picture of an LSU court with a basketball cart loaded with hoops.

Furthermore, it was alleged that Kia Brooks, the mother of LSU guard Flau’jae Johnson, and Reese Webb, the mother of Reese, engaged in back-and-forth on social media.

Just Women’s Sports reports that Brooks advised Webb to “take responsibility for you and your daughter’s actions” and said that Reese had a “2.0 or less GPA.”
