‘Papa Swift’ Is Now On Chiefs, Fans Say “Welcome to the good side, Papa Swift!”

Scott, Taylor Swift’s father, supported his daughter’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, by sporting a Kansas City Chiefs lanyard during Swift’s Buenos Aires performance.

Scott appears to have embraced the Chiefs despite being a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan because of his daughter’s relationship with Kelce.

The animosity between the two football teams was highlighted by the responses this switch of allegiance drew from the fan bases of the Eagles and Swift. There were rumors of conflict between Travis and his Eagles teammate, Jason Kelce, who is his elder brother.

Reactions from fans to the popular image

The Chiefs, in the meantime, joked about Swift’s lanyard while posting a photo of the two men at the show on Twitter.

“Welcome to the good side, Papa Swift!” the caption read.

The Chiefs’ post before Monday night’s big game between Kansas City and the Philadelphia Eagles was well-received by fans.

“We wanna see Mr. Swift in a Travis Kelce Jersey Monday night!” a fan commented.

Another wrote in a jokingly way: “you know your team is bad when you have to depend on a pop star’s dad to get attention.”

It has been claimed that Swift plans to take her parents, Andrea and Scott, to the November 20 football game at Arrowhead Stadium between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Taylor and Travis’s parents have gotten along well at games in the past, but since Travis’s brother Jason plays for the Eagles, the forthcoming event may turn into a full family gathering.
