Did Simone Biles Face Racism As She Didn’t Get The TV Time She Deserved Just Like Taylor Swift

The newest geopolitical notion to emerge from X, formerly known as Twitter, is that Simone Biles doesn’t receive enough TV attention because she is black.

Fans believe racism is at the root of the incident since the American gymnast, who performed during the Green Bay Packers game versus the Minnesota Vikings, wasn’t featured by television crews in the same way that Taylor Swift is during Kansas City Chiefs games.

Travis Kelce is a greater NFL name than Biles’ husband, who has made 20 starts over the course of five years in the league, but it seems to have little to do with Swift being a considerably bigger name, as seen by her ‘Eras Tour,’ which is expected to smash records owing to demand and popularity.

One of the fans wrote, “it won’t cause she’s black. You know how the nfl feel bout black ppl”.

Whilst another fan commented, “You know they not gonna promote Black love, besides, the Tyler [Taylor] and Kelce is all propaganda”.

Someone wrote, “They not trying to promote Black people being married. Be real. These people are our enemies.”

But to put it plainly, the data does not appear to place Biles at Swift’s level of celebrity. She is not to blame; pop music is simply more popular than gymnastics.

Since September 30, searches for Taylor Swift have dwarfed those for Biles, with the latter essentially stagnating during that time, according to data from Google Trends.

Additionally, Swift has 275 million Instagram followers as opposed to Biles’s just 7 million, which is still a great number but not comparable in this case.
