The Wizards star inked a $102 million, four-year contract this summer, so resolving off-court conflicts may not be a problem.
According to reports, the incident occurred in May close to Van Nuys Airport in California. While Tosto was exploring the aircraft’s interior, Kuz’s dog attacked him on the right arm.

In 2020, Kuzma shared pictures of himself and a dog on Instagram; however, it’s unclear if that dog was the same one that Tosto was allegedly bitten by.
The model Winnie Harlow’s boyfriend and 2017 first-round selection is now in his third season with the Wizards. He spent his first four seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers until being transferred to Washington in 2021 as part of the Russell Westbrook trade.

The man, known as Bernardo Tosto, claims that he was on a plane with Kuzma on May 4 at the Van Nuys airport in California, according to court documents that TMZ was able to get. Tosto claims that as he was moving toward the plane’s cabin, Kuzma’s dog suddenly bit him on the right arm.
According to the lawsuit, Kuzma ought to be held accountable for Tosto’s alleged “severe injuries” from the bite since he “did not take any action to secure the dog.”

“I have two dogs — Snoh, a husky, and Duke, a Belgian Malinois,” said Kuzma. “They love to play fetch in our backyard. They could seriously play for hours. I go through a lot of these tennis balls because we use them pretty much every day.”
“Sometimes they get lost, and one of the dogs likes to bite on them until they’re not a tennis ball anymore. Even though I’m always buying new ones, these aren’t as easy for the dogs to destroy.”
