Google Maps estimates a 30-hour travel of over 2000 miles from Los Angeles to South Bend.
The USC/Notre Dame rivalry got a bit more heated before the game even started.

USC’s equipment managers and their army of student interns most likely loaded that vehicle with more equipment than you can imagine early Wednesday morning. It cannot fly on the plane because it adds a lot of weight to the plane and there is so much equipment that it becomes difficult to store with room for anything else.
College football enthusiasts on X are racing with this photo and deconstructing hypotheses as if it were a photograph of the Loch Ness Monster. It is, without a doubt, the finest sport on the globe.

It is unknown why the vehicle was stopped. Who knows, it may have been a hilarious joke. However, I suspect that being pulled over is not a common occurrence for the USC equipment truck.
This might spell disaster for USC this weekend.
