The UFC President posted two images on Instagram, one from 2017 and one from this month, with the statement, “Left is March 17th, 2017.” The correct date is September 18, 2023.

The UFC president has an athletic background, having worked as a boxercise teacher until a fortuitous meeting with boyhood friend Lorenzo Fertitta led him to his current job.

Prior to meeting so-called human biologist and mortality specialist Gary Brecka, White admitted that he had battled to keep in shape in recent years.

Last year, when asked why he wanted to seek Brecka’s aid, White told The Action Junkeez Podcast that he was ‘f***ing obsessed’ with figuring out what month he was going to die in.

Following a DNA test, the 54-year-old was told that given his present state, he only had 10.6 years to live, prompting him to make a series of dietary and lifestyle modifications.

According to White, Brecka urged him to follow his advice for the next ten weeks and it’d change his life. ‘So I did everything he said, to the letter,’ White said on the podcast. ‘My legs were so fucked up 13 weeks ago, I couldn’t tie my shoes. I couldn’t bend over to tie my shoes, because my legs were fucked up. I could barely walk some days.

‘I feel like I’m 35 years old all over again. I swear to God, I feel 35 again.’

Brecka asked White to follow his counsel for the following 10 days, according to White. He publicly admitted to struggling with sleep troubles and other health issues. Nonetheless, he has not only effectively lost weight from 236 to 192 lbs with his continuous transformation, but he has also greatly improved his general well-being.

Brecka stressed the importance of vital fats and amino acids while downplaying the need of essential carbs. White, intrigued by this viewpoint, diligently followed Breck’s suggestion and was amazed by the results.
