“Pat telling everybody that I never run the route called and getting me the touchdown for all the Swifites watching — thanks Pat,” On the edition of the “New Heights” podcast that aired on Wednesday, which he co-hosts with his elder brother, Eagles center Travis Kelce, Kelce made a joke.

In the third quarter of the Chiefs’ 41-10 rout of the Bears, Kelce, 33, scored his second touchdown of the year.

Swift, who was enjoying the game with his mother Donna in Kelce’s suite, reacted animatedly after his score by yelling, “Let’s f-king go!”

When questioned about the special visitor for Arrowhead after the game, Mahomes told Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews: “I felt a little bit of pressure and so I knew I had to get it to Trav.”

The quarterback, who is 28 years old, revealed that the pass “was on a route Travis, he does his own thing and just makes up a route and I throw it to him.”

“I think he wanted to get in the end zone just as much as all the Swifties wanted him to,” Mahomes said.

On his podcast on Wednesday, Kelce claimed that this particular game will live in his memory forever.

“Shoutout to Taylor for coming through and watching me rock the stage,” Kelce said.

Although Swift’s attendance at the game increased the relationship rumor, Kelce claimed he has a game plan for the future when it comes to talking about his personal life.

“I want to respect both of our lives,” Kelce said. “She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season on other guys’ shows, like the McAfee show and any other show I go on from here on out. Like you said on that Thursday night game, I’m enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend.

“So everything moving forward, I think me talking about sports and saying alright now will have to be kind of where I keep it.”

Swift’s possible attendance at the Chiefs’ Sunday game against the Jets at MetLife Stadium is the subject of much rumor.
