The Notre Dame-Ohio State matchup on Saturday is expected to be a huge one, though not quite on the level of the excitement surrounding Catholics vs. Convicts. And to give the Fighting Irish a much-needed advantage, they have their very own Olivia Dunne—senior Olivia Fabry!—on their side.
That’s accurate. A pole vaulting prodigy named Livvy of South Bend is the one we’re dealing with.

Before the Buckeyes arrived in South Bend this week, Fabry checked in with a quick Instagram post. She also wished her home team luck along the trip.

It’s about time Olivia Fabry becomes a weekly fixture even if we’ve discussed her a few times before in these parts (shoutout to Nightcaps!). specifically, if Notre Dame is going to be a legitimate team this year, which they most surely appear to be.
Considering that the Fighting Irish do in fact have a quarterback. How often have you been able to say that recently?
