Peyton Gelfuso is Out on a Sunny Day for the First Time Since Bronny James’ Attack
Since the oldest son of NBA legend LeBron James experienced cardiac arrest on Monday and was taken to the hospital, Peyton Gelfuso, Bronny James’ rumored girlfriend, has not been seen.
On Thursday, Gelfuso was captured on camera in Los Angeles sporting a black workout shirt, black leggings, and a bun in her hair.
Although it was unknown how she related to Gelfuso, she was also shown in pictures with an older woman.

It was the first time she had been seen since the dreadful occurrence when James had experienced the cardiac crisis while working out on the USC campus, where he will be studying in the autumn.
Before being taken by EMS to Cedars-Sinai Hospital, he briefly lost consciousness.
When the two posed for photos for their prom in June, they ignited social media. However, little is known about James’ relationship with Gelfuso.
Both of them attended Sierra Canyon, where Gelfuso participated in a number of sports and eventually earned a degree in 2022.
She is a member of the Tri Delta sorority and is a student at Texas Southern Methodist University right now.
She has over 54,000 followers on Instagram and states in her bio that she divides her time between Dallas and Los Angeles.
In the wake of the event on Monday, she has yet to publicly post anything about James.
“Thanks to the swift and effective response by the USC athletics’ medical staff, Bronny James was successfully treated for a sudden cardiac arrest,” the statement read.
“He arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable. Mr. James was cared for promptly by highly-trained staff and has been discharged home, where he is resting.
“Although his workup will be ongoing, we are hopeful for his continued progress and are encouraged by his response, resilience, and his family and community support.”
The 19-year-old has not made any public statements regarding the incident, therefore it is still unknown what brought on his Monday cardiac attack.
