Look at the “Summer uniform” of Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence and his partner Marissa Layne Lawrence
This summer, Trevor Lawrence is wearing a different kind of uniform: vibrant swim trunks.
According to pictures she posted on Instagram, the Jaguars quarterback and his wife Marissa Lawrence recently went on a beach vacation in Florida with her family, where they spent lots of time in the sun and sand.
Marissa captioned a post that featured images of the couple cuddling on the beach, “Summer uniform 👙 🌸🫶🏻.”

The trip takes place two months after the couple’s second wedding anniversary, which was in April and falls between the Jaguars’ organized team activities and the start of training camp.
Lawrence and Marissa, who have been together since he was a standout quarterback at Clemson and she played football at Anderson University in South Carolina, have had a busy couple of years.

The couple has been upfront about how much Clemson means to them.
In the center of Clemson’s home field at Memorial Stadium, Lawrence popped the question in July 2020 while wearing an oval-cut diamond engagement ring.
The Jaguars selected Lawrence with the first overall choice in the 2021 NFL Draft, and the high school sweethearts got married in April of that same year.
“I normally don’t talk about these things because I don’t want them to be interpreted the wrong way because we have truly so much to be grateful for.. but one of the hardest parts is the normality!” said Marissa, who boasts more than 300,000 followers on the platform.

Under first-year head coach Doug Pederson, the Jaguars had a successful season. Pederson took over in February 2022 after Urban Meyer was sacked as a result of a string of incidents, both on and off the pitch.
Before losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, Jacksonville defeated the Los Angeles Chargers in the Wild Card round.
Lawrence praised his team in a February interview with The Post for handling the crisis Meyer’s administration in Jacksonville had created.

“Obviously things didn’t go well with the coach at that time, but I’m really appreciative of him,” Lawrence said of Meyer.
“He’s always had a lot of faith in me, a lot of belief in me. So appreciative of him.”
Lawrence expressed his excitement for the team’s future and the culture that Pederson is fostering in Jacksonville.
“From where we came from the year before, I think everybody’s really proud of that and where we’re headed,” Lawrence said.
