American football coach Mike McDaniel is the head coach of the National Football League’s Miami Dolphins. Mike started his NFL coaching career in 2005 as a Denver Broncos intern. He was a former long-time assistant to Mike and Kyle Shanahan. From 2017 through 2021, Mike worked as an assistant coach with the San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins, Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons, and Houston Texans.
