Watch The Video How Caleb Odom Accidentally Tears Up His ACL During A Photoshoot

A standout candidate and a crucial tight end recruit for the class of 2024, Caleb Odom is. This weekend, he will be in Gainesville on a business trip with Billy Napier’s Florida program, but at least one aspect of that trip did not go as planned.

Odom attempted to obtain Michael Jordan’s renowned “jumpman” photograph, which is the classic Jordan Brand logo, during the photo shoot part of the trip. Odom struck the posture well, but the landing lacked some of his elegance.

The 247Sports composite rankings place Odom, who stands 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds, as the No. 5 tight end and No. 85 overall talent in the class of 2024. As a junior at Carrollton, he hauled in 63 passes for 1,121 yards and 13 touchdowns.

In terms of where to play at the next level, he will have his pick of the litter, although Ole Miss, Auburn, Alabama, and Florida are close behind. Among his other offers are those from Miami, LSU, Louisville, Michigan, Penn State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas A&M, and UCF.

Odom escaped Gainesville fortunately without suffering a serious injury, which was a very real possibility.

When Odom arrived on campus, he was given a warm welcome at his hotel room. It’s become customary to go overboard with presents, cakes, and other things of that type in a recruit’s hotel room, and Florida was no exception.

Odom’s photo shoot wasn’t great, but his recruitment is shaping up right now with a strong SEC tilt.

Florida had Odom standing on a piece of glass for some strange reason (perhaps lighting reasons or something like). wear cleats.

It was a bad idea to jump in cleats and land on glass, and it turned out just as you would imagine. Odom’s feet slipped out from beneath him, and he fell to the ground.

The TE almost split the deck as his feet fell out from beneath him. Thankfully, Odom made light of the situation online, calling the video “Jumpman not for me.”
