NCAA Baseball Tournament 2023: Schedule, TV, Seeds & Regional Bracket Posted on May 30, 2023 by Vaishnavi Andhare The 64 teams vying to make it to Omaha, Nebraska’s Charles Schwab Field and win the Men’s College World Series, had their 2023 NCAA Division I baseball tournament brackets unveiled. The regional round on Friday is the first day of the competition. The double-elimination round is hosted by one of the top 16 seeds in the competition. A best-of-three super-regional will be held for those who survive the regional stage. Wake Forest, who dominated the majority of the regular season with a 47-10 record, is the tournament’s top seed. Teams will compete there for places in the College World Series in best-of-three series. The better seeded teams will choose the Super Regional host venues, or they may choose a neutral location. All contests will take place at Omaha, Nebraska’s Charles Schwab Field once teams have advanced to the College World Series. The College World Series will take place from June 16 through June 26. If required, the championship games will be played on June 24, 25, and 26. Otherwise, when the regional round is through, the locations of the super regionals will be revealed. On Friday, June 2, regional play begins. Here are the pairings for each of the 16 regional tournaments. As a reminder, each regional tournament is hosted by one of the 16 national seeds and is seeded one through four. How to watch NCAA Baseball Regionals From June 2–5, all baseball regional games will be broadcast on ESPN networks. The next weekend is the super regionals.
