Anthony Richardson, a quarterback for the Florida Gators, was picked by the Indianapolis Colts as the fourth overall choice in the 2023 NFL Draft. He might start the Colts’ debut season and is predicted to be the franchise quarterback.

The 20-year-old’s abilities on the football field were highly regarded in Indianapolis, but it’s possible they didn’t completely appreciate what he brought off of it.

The word has spread about this story. Richardson did something at rookie orientation that says a lot about his character. Jake Query of the Indianapolis radio program Kevin and Query related it on air.

Richardson is already showcasing his leadership abilities off the field shortly after being picked. The gamer chose to remain around and assist with cleanup after a recent rookie tournament concluded, supporting the event crew.

Richardson informed him that the rookies left an intolerable mess and that it is unreasonable for players to expect the staff to pick up after them. NFL executive Troy Vincent even told him that he didn’t have to help.

Jim Irsay, the owner of the Colts, tweeted a phrase along with a flexing emoji. According to reports, Richardson stayed in the room “until it was completely cleaned up, and he was the last person working along with the workers of the shift.”

Although there are conflicting views on Richardson’s ability to succeed as a franchise quarterback in the NFL and his uncertain future, the dual-threat fourth overall pick by the Colts is doing admirably.

Richardson is well renowned for his modest manner and diligent work ethic, so many around him are aware that he isn’t just acting for the cameras.

The young quarterback encourages young athletes and promotes charity projects, notably in Gainsville, Florida, where he was born and nurtured.
