As manager of the 2010 Giants, Bochy advanced to the World Series for a second time, this time triumphantly over the Texas Rangers, and he delivered San Francisco’s first World Series title home—the franchise’s first since 1954. Bochy led the San Francisco Giants to their second World Series victory in three years by sweeping the Detroit Tigers in the 2012 World Series.
