Micah Parsons Wants Giants To Give Saquon Barkley The Credit He Deserves: ‘Pay him!’

Micah Parson, a top outside linebacker for the Cowboys, called out a Twitter user to express his thoughts on Saquon Barkley’s contract predicament on Thursday. The user @WBG84 argued against giving Barkley a long-term contract by claiming that he will be “wearing down” by the 2022 season and citing his reduction in running yards in the second part of the season.

Parsons called him out because he didn’t want to hear any of it.

“I mean yeah that’s what happens when you the best players on your team you idiot!!” Parsons tweeted. “The scheme on Monday morning is we well not let SAQUON BARKLEY BEAT Us!! People just think we be out here playing free for all!! Like gtfo! That mf is that offense! Pay him!”

The franchise tag was placed on Barkley after the team signed quarterback Daniel Jones to a $160 million contract, but Barkley is not the only Giants player who is anticipated to miss some of the offseason programme was reported by Kim Jones of Newsday.

After being hindered by injuries the past several years, Barkley, 26, is coming off one of his greatest seasons. He was selected for his second Pro Bowl after rushing for 1,650 yards and 10 touchdowns. If the Giants and Barkley cannot come to an agreement, they will have to make some difficult decisions moving ahead, but if it were up to Parsons, the tailback would be paid.
