Four persons, two eateries, a golf driving range, and a hotel are named as defendants in the complaint, which was filed last month in Broward County, Florida.
Dwayne was killed on April 9, 2022, when a dump truck ran over him while he was crossing a South Florida highway. He was 24. Haskins’ death was directly caused by the truck driver’s “negligent acts,” according to the complaint, which also names him as a defendant.
