Daniel Vogelbach is a professional baseball player who is currently playing for the Milwaukee Brewers in Major League Baseball (MLB). He was born on December 17, 1992, in Orlando, Florida. Vogelbach is a first baseman and designated hitter who has gained a reputation as a power hitter in the league.


Vogelbach was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the second round of the 2011 MLB draft out of high school. He spent several years in the Cubs’ minor league system, where he demonstrated his power-hitting abilities. In 2016, he made his MLB debut with the Cubs, but he was traded to the Seattle Mariners in 2019.

During his time with the Mariners, Vogelbach showed flashes of his power-hitting potential. In 2019, he hit 30 home runs and drove in 76 runs, both career highs. However, his batting average dipped to .208, and he struggled defensively, leading to his eventual release from the team.


Vogelbach’s success with the Brewers has been a testament to his power-hitting abilities. Despite his struggles with consistency and defensive play, he has continued to earn opportunities in the league due to his ability to hit the ball out of the park. He has also demonstrated a good eye at the plate, drawing walks at a high rate and maintaining a solid on-base percentage.
