Hubbarth worked as a host and reporter for the Big Ten Network and Fox Sports South before joining ESPN. For her work on SEC Gridiron Live, she was awarded a Southeast Emmy for Interactivity. After earning her degree, she worked for Navteq as a traffic reporter and producer for the Chicago-based WMAQ NBC5 Network.
She also served as a production assistant, associate producer, and host at Intersport. In August 2010, Hubbarth began working for ESPN as a studio host and anchor for college basketball, college football, and the NBA on ESPN3.
