American football coach Shane Steichen is the head coach of the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. From 2003 through 2006, Steichen played quarterback at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and earned four letters. His best performance occurred during his senior year when, in a 39-36 overtime loss to New Mexico at Sam Boyd Stadium on October 14, 2006, he came off the bench at the end of the first quarter and tied a UNLV record by tossing five touchdown passes in regulation time.

From 2014 until she moved to Philadelphia, Nina worked as a floral assistant at Blush Botanicals in San Diego, California. Before that, she was an associate event manager for MKTG, Inc. in San Diego. Steichen was employed as a defensive assistant by the San Diego Chargers in 2011. Steichen was signed by the Cleveland Browns in 2013 to work as Rob Chudzinski’s offensive quality control coach. As an offensive quality control coach for the Cleveland Browns, he helped the quarterbacks. Steichen worked largely with the wide receivers for the Chargers from 2014 to 2015 as an offensive quality control coach.

He received a promotion to quarterbacks coach in 2016. Steichen was given the position of full-time offensive coordinator in 2020. Steichen joined the Philadelphia Eagles on January 25, 2021, as offensive coordinator under head coach Nick Sirianni. Steichen was appointed head coach of the Indianapolis Colts on February 14, 2023.
