QB Jalen Hurts Has A Team Full Of Superwoman To Support Him: Take A Look At His All Women Management Team

Women control every aspect of the Eagles quarterback Hurts’ life outside of football, including his agent, media relations, and marketing.

QB Jalen Hurts Has A Team Full Of Superwoman To Support Him: Take A Look At His All Women Management Team

The Philadelphia Eagles won’t have the option of just exercising Jalen Hurts’ fifth-year option when his number comes up since there isn’t one because Hurts was a second-round draught pick instead of a first. After three NFL seasons, the 2023–2024 season will be the last one under the rookie contract he signed following the 2020 NFL Draft.

Knowing Howie Roseman, the Philadelphia Eagles, and their business practices, one would anticipate that Philly will act fast and sign him to a long-term agreement. Extending evident important components sooner rather than later is always preferable.

Hurts is unconcerned. He hardly ever appears to be concerned about anything. But there’s a reason he wouldn’t, too. He is a pioneer off the field as well. Off the pitch, he is a visionary as well. The first black woman to represent a starting quarterback in the NFL will be Nicole Lynn, his agent.

At Klutch Sport, she also serves as president of football operations and is an outstanding attorney.

How Did Lynm Became Hurts Agent?

Jalen Hurts viewed his Instagram messages after playing his final collegiate game for Oklahoma in January 2020. One of them was from NFL agent Nicole Lynn: “Hey, have you picked an agent? If not, I’d love to link.”

Hurts saw it; he was still looking for an agency. “I wanted to hear her out,” he says now.

Hurts claims in “People had doubts about me” “People are still sceptical of me.”

Hurts was expected to be selected in the mid-to-late stages of the draught, preferably in the second or later rounds, despite having won a national title and being one of the finest college quarterbacks in the game as a dual-threat both via the air and on the ground; he was selected 53rd. “He’s just not the guy,” one analyst said, summing up the way most of the football world seemed to view him.

“That turns me up,” Hurts says. “It lights a fire in me. It does something to me, because I know I’ll prove you wrong. But I saw that same fire in Nicole. She said, ‘I’m a woman. People are going to overlook me. People are going to doubt me. They’re not going to give me the due respect. But I’m overcoming it, just like you do.’ And that’s where we really hit it off. We had the same vision.”

Hurts cared about her résumé, her experience and how he trusted her. He thought: What the hell else mattered? “People are going to doubt her because she’s a woman in this industry,” he says. “There was a sense of doubt. Why is she doing this? Can she represent a quarterback? What’s she going to do with him?

Hurts employed ladies to manage his life around football as he started creating the foundation for his profession. The first step was picking Lynn as his representative. Women oversee everything for him, from brand client services support to marketing and public relations.

He adds, “I’ve put a lot of trust and faith in a female-driven team,” pointing to Lynn and mentioning others on his media relations and client services management team, including Rachel Everett, who handles some of his marketing, as well as Chantal Romain, Shakeemah Simmons-Winter, and Jenna Malphrus.

Shakeemah Simmons-Winter is a senior publicist who specializes in the FIBA and NFL. She was the New York Knicks’ PR Coordinator and is among the most qualified professionals you can have on your side.

Jenna Malphrus handles client management and media relations alongside Simmons-Winter.

Meanwhile, Rachel Everett, who owns Everett Sports Marketing, handles the NFL star’s marketing.

With such a talented and strong team, it’s no wonder Jalen Hurts is rising to the top of the NFL world. After his success, we’re confident more NFL players will look to gifted, determined women like Hurts’ management team to represent them.

Kudos, Jalen! Bravo! It will take individuals like him who have a forward-thinking perspective to provide women with more opportunity in a male-dominated field.

The beginning is excellent. It’s encouraging to observe, and once the women who assist Jalen in managing his career have finished planning one of the most attractive extensions an NFL quarterback has ever seen, they will open the way for others to follow.

Fans Really Appreciate Hurts

The news is only making NFL fans more fond of Hurts, who continues to speak highly of the women, ahead of what could be the Eagles’ return to the Super Bowl after their championship win in 2018.

“QUARTERBACK JALEN HURTS SHOWING EM HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE!” ONE FAN WROTE.

“Its hard not to root for Jalen, he’s proof that hard work pays off and he’s smart enough to surround himself with very smart women. Smart guy,” added someone else.

“HIRE THE BEST PEOPLE. THAT’S WHAT JALEN HURTS DID,” ONE USER WROTE. “CONGRATS TO ALL THESE DESERVING WOMEN.”
