Dallas Cowboys Fan and Radio Host Caught Wishing an Injury Upon Christian McCaffrey Ahead of the Divisional Clash

The first stage of the NFL 2022 playoffs are behind us. While some teams have emerged out of the wild card rounds looking stronger than ever, others faltered and ended their season abruptly. Thanks to their table-topping regular season, the San Francisco 49ers did not have to partake in the wild-card round, which meant they had an extra week of rest. The Dallas Cowboys, on the other hand, were not so lucky.

In the wild-card round, the Dallas Cowboys took on the Buccaneers and secured a dominant win. That game was on Monday night. Just a few days later, on Sunday afternoon, they will take on the 49ers in the divisional round. While most fans would be hoping for a competitive game between two good teams, certain Dallas Cowboys fans do not wish the same.

Dallas Cowboys radio host fan gets exposed for his ill wishes

Ahead of this weekend’s clash, hosts of 105.3 The Fan’s Dallas radio show “GBag Nation” were caught hoping for an injury on Christian McCaffrey. In the clip, Brian Broaddus says, “Free trade is paying dividends, he has made it unfair.” The co-host replied, “He is healthy now, Carolina he could not stay healthy, now he never gets hurt.” Broaddus continued, “We could use an injury we really could.”

When called out on Twitter for his words, the talk show host said, “Player has a history of not being healthy or available for his team. He’s done a great job of taking care of that while in SF.  Would never wish that on any player. I worked in this league way too long for that.” He continued, “I am sorry this even happened. Not my intent. My hope it’s a great game.”

McCaffrey has a history of suffering from a number of injuries. In 2020 and 2021, playing only 10 games in those two seasons with various ankle, shoulder, and hamstring injuries. He has yet to miss a game so far as a member of the 49ers.
