WATCH: Warriors HC Steve Kerr asks Chicago Bulls star Alex Caruso to join him at Golden State

The Golden State Warriors seem to be finding their rhythm after a poor start to their NBA 2022-23 regular season. On Friday night, the Warriors managed to beat the Chicago Bulls and get back to winning ways.

Golden State head coach Steve Kerr appeared to be delighted after his team’s display against the Bulls. However, Kerr also appeared to have some words with Bulls star Alex Caruso after the final whistle.

What did Steve Kerr say to Alex Caruso?

In fact, the video clip of Kerr chatting with Caruso has been doing the rounds on social media over the past few hours. As per reports, there is audio of Kerr saying to Caruso: “I’d love to have you, man.”

It’s not too difficult to understand what that could mean as Kerr may simply have been impressed with Caruso’s performance against the reigning NBA champions. However, we cannot judge anything confidently as things stand because the two may have been talking about something entirely on a different topic.

Nonetheless, Kerr’s comments have sparked some speculation about Caruso potentially joining the Warriors. The 28-year-old would certainly make the Warriors a more formidable unit. However, it would also be interesting to see how he would fit into the team.

Caruso will certainly not be able to get a starting berth ahead of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green. However, he could come in as a vital guard for the struggling Warriors this term. The Warriors still have a long way to go before the season ends but will still be hoping to put together a string of wins soon.
