Vikings Patrick Peterson Dances Shirtless Wearing Chains, Hints At Kirk Cousins Video

When Kirk Cousins celebrated shirtless on the Minnesota Vikings team jet last weekend, he displayed his abs and his dance skills. The Vikings beat the Buffalo Bills by a score of 33-30 in overtime in Week 10 to raise their record to 8-1. After leading his team to its most significant victory of the year, might the quarterback go any further? Patrick Peterson of the Vikings, a cornerback, told Ben Goessling of the Star Tribune that he doesn’t think Kirk Cousins will top last week’s viral play.

The move is a reference to Kirk Cousins, who last week danced shirtless and wearing diamond chains on a trip from Washington and soon went viral.

Many people were amazed by Cousins’ dance moves, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter mocked it during last week’s “Monday Night Football” broadcast.

Patrick Peterson of the Vikings, a cornerback, told Ben Goessling of the Star Tribune that he doesn’t think Kirk Cousins will top last week’s viral play. He did advise teammates to have something prepared for the signal-caller, though.

“I think we reached the mountaintop last week,” Patrick Peterson said. “I don’t know that there’s anywhere to go from here. Someone else may have to take the mantle.”

Cousins completed 30 of 50 passes for 357 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. Although it wasn’t his prettiest performance of Minnesota’s seven-game winning streak, Justin Jefferson was a big help to him.

The star wide receiver had an all-time spectacular play late in the fourth quarter, catching 10 of his 16 targets for 193 yards and a touchdown.

Patrick Peterson is also probably in a good mood after intercepting Josh Allen twice, including an end-zone pick that put the game out of reach in overtime. After the dramatic victory, the eight-time Pro Bowler wrote, “leave it all on the field” in all caps on Twitter.

The Vikings haven’t drawn much attention from the general public as a serious Super Bowl candidate, but that ought to change after Sunday’s emphatic victory over Buffalo.

That necessitates another celebration, ideally one where Cousins and company may dress up.
