“It Ain’t Like No Secret Recipe”- Cornerback Jalen Ramsey Shares His Thoughts on What Can Turn Around the Rams’ Season in 2022
Defending Super Bowl champions, The Los Angeles Rams are having a difficult season, to say the least. They started their season with an opening-day loss against the Buffalo Bills but bounced back brilliantly with wins over the likes of the Falcons and Cardinals. Since then, results have not been consistent for the men led by Matthew Stafford with a record of 3-5 after eight game weeks. In a recent interview, cornerback Jalen Ramsey shared his thoughts on what has been a difficult season so far.

He said, “We got to talk about like this team, like the Rams, you know what I mean? Like this year, not previous years, nothing like that. We got to talk about this specific team and we ain’t been through this before, right? We’re going through it right now. We’re presently going through it so we got to fight our way through it, work harder than we ever have, focus a little bit more than we have, have each other’s backs a little bit more than we’ve had in the past. But it ain’t like no secret recipe.”
Pissed off for greatness.

Jalen Ramsey continued, “Ain’t nothing in life and especially in this game, [is] a secret recipe. Like it’s not. Because if it was, I promise you we’ll be doing it like we would already be doing it. So it’s just a journey that we got to go through, you know what I mean? Everybody has their different ways of doing it. Everybody has their different ways of leading, I do it my way and it is what it is.”
A closer look at Jalen Ramsey and the Los Angeles Rams in 2022
This year things have just not clicked for the Rams. Stafford is struggling with injuries and the Rams have lost the likes of Von Miller and Odell Beckham Jr among others in the off-season which has further made things worse.

Ramsey, on the other hand, has 30 tackles, two forced fumbles, one interception, and nine passes deflected. It will be interesting to see if Stafford and his men can turn things around this season.
