Russell Westbrook Spotted Dancing on $18 Million Worth Rapper Ahead of Lakers’ 9th Loss vs Clippers
It would be hard to land on a single low point for the Russell Westbrook era in Los Angeles. His press conference at the end of last season is the obvious pick, but it didn’t even come on the court. LeBron James scored 30 points before leaving the court with pain in his left leg late in the Los Angeles Lakers 114-101 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
Anthony Davis had 21 points and nine rebounds for the Lakers, who dropped to 2-9 with their fourth consecutive defeat. Russell Westbrook added 14 points and nine assists, but the Lakers have the NBA’s second-worst record so far. Westbrook made only 38.3 percent of his mid-range looks last season.
Prior to the Lakers vs. Clippers game, which his team ultimately lost, Russell Westbrook had a blast dancing and singing the Bad Bunny song “Tit me preguntó.”

Russell Westbrook was certainly getting pumped up before the game, so the music must have worked. Again coming off the bench, Russell Westbrook finished with 14 points (6 of 15 from the field), 9 assists, and 2 steals.

In three games as a starter for the Lakers this season, Russell Westbrook made only one of his 12 3-point tries, but he made 12 of his 27 attempts when sitting on the bench. Westbrook averages four and a half three-pointers a game, and the Lakers surely would prefer that he didn’t, but it’s difficult to argue with a 44 percent conversion rate.

The Lakers were down by a possession halfway through the first quarter when Russell Westbrook entered the game as the team’s sixth player to give them a boost. Unfortunately, everything went Clippers after that. The Lakers, who are 2-9 down, will now face division rivals Sacramento Kings in their next game of the season and will be looking to bounce back.
