Ex-NFL Star Domata Peko’s Father-In-Law Reportedly Sells $2 Billion Powerball Ticket In California
The father-in-law of former NFL player Domata Peko had a wild Tuesday when it turns out the $2 BILLION Powerball winning ticket was purchased at his petrol station, earning him a $1 million payout.

After it was revealed that Joe Chahayed had sold the winning ticket, the owner of the Joe’s Service Center gas station in Altadena, California, became a local celebrity. People from the neighbourhood were visiting his business to take selfies with him.
Joe told reporters that he had previously sold winning Super Lotto and Fantasy 5 tickets at his location, but those winnings only amounted to $9,000 each.

Domata Peko announced the news via social networks, saying he was very happy for his father-in-law.
“My Father-In-Law sold the winning PowerBall (ticket) $2 billion,” Peko said on his Instagram story. “Congrats Baba.”
Joe claims he won’t stop working just yet. Yet he can count on a wonderful Thanksgiving for his family.
Peko didn’t play in 2021, and the 37-year-old joked that he would probably file for retirement after the season because no team was interested in signing him.

Everyone enquires, “Are you retired?,” he said in jest. “I haven’t heard from anyone yet, so I think I’m going to retire.”
“In the meantime (for a call). I’m hoping the Bengals will call me today “He laughed.
Domata Peko spent 11 seasons playing for the Bengals after being taken in the fourth round of the 2006 draft. Additionally, he spent two seasons with the Denver Broncos before playing for the Baltimore Ravens and Arizona Cardinals before his final season in 2020.

Peko has recently been in the news numerous times, including this time. According to CityBeat, Domata Peko put his longstanding residence in the Cincinnati area up for sale in September. The house was marketed for $1.8 million in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, which is less than 20 minutes south of Cincinnati’s central business district.
