Eagles Draft Picks 2023: Full Details

Eight weeks into the 2022 season, it’s never too early to start talking about Philadelphia Eagles’ numerous first-round picks in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Six picks are currently available for the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2023 NFL Draft. Each move that affects the Eagles’ draft picks will be tracked here.

With two first-round picks, Philadelphia will be one of the teams with the most negotiating power in 2023. The Eagles might not get a first-round pick, but they will have the option to move up if they want to go after a possible blue-chip player.

Philadelphia will have a total of six picks, including four on the first two days of the draft. The Eagles acquired one of the first-round picks from the Saints before to the 2022 NFL Draft, making a total of two first-round picks. The majority of the mid-round draft picks that the Eagles have traded away have been for veteran players.

The roster for Philadelphia is loaded with a special mix of young talent and seasoned leadership in key areas.

The Eagles’ eleven starters are either under contract for one year or are expected to become free agents, which makes the situation particularly special.

While Darius Slay’s contract only has one year left, Jason Kelce’s is year to year. Unrestricted free agents include Quez Watkins, Jack Driscoll, Shaun Bradley, Derek Barnett, Jalen Hurts, K’Von Wallace, Rick Lovato, Josiah Scott, and Derek Barnett.

In addition to the obvious need for a cornerback, Philadelphia also has looming needs for a defensive tackle, linebacker, safety, and possibly another edge rusher.
