NBA All-Star Shooting Guard Continues With Kanye West, Who Got Snubbed By Balenciaga and Adidas For Antisemitic Remarks

Rapper Kanye West, who legally changed his name to Ye, has come under fire once more for making antisemitic comments on several occasions. However, Boston Celtics player Jaylen Brown declared on Monday that he will not leave West’s marketing firm. One of two well-known players to sign with Kanye West’s Donda Sports agency is Jaylen Brown. The NBA forward said on Monday that despite the rapper’s recent antisemitic comments made across several media, he is sticking with the agency.

NBA star, Brown, criticized West’s remarks. Then he gave his reasons for staying with West’s company.

“The reason why I signed with Donda Sports, it represented education, it represented activism, disruption,” Brown told the Globe.

“It represented single-parent households, and a lot more people are involved in something like that.”

Aaron Donald, a defensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams, also joined Donda Sports. Since West’s comments, he hasn’t discussed his connection with the corporation in public. To represent their marketing and commercial interests outside of their respective sports, Brown and Donald both inked contracts with Donda. Each party’s team contracts are being negotiated by independent counsel.

Following a string of anti-Semitic outbursts, many of which were published on his social media, West has received widespread criticism. After tweeting on October 9 that he would “go death con 3 on Jewish people,” Twitter banned West’s account. His Instagram account was previously restricted for denigrating Jews in different comments. Since then, videos have emerged, showing West repeating clichés and conspiracies to various media sources.
