Former QB Chris Simms sees Tom Brady Cutting The Season Short

Former QB Chris Simms is convinced Tom Brady won’t finish the season with the Bucs!

The star quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is undoubtedly being impacted by Tom Brady’s escalating marital problems with Gisele Bündchen. Any person who is experiencing mental or emotional stress due to personal concerns has the right to take a break from their job. When questioned about Tom Brady’s condition on the most recent episode of Pro Football Talk on NBC, former quarterback Chris Simms referred to that.

Chris Simms Believes Tom Brady’s Personal Life Being Stressful Might Make Him Leave Bucs Midway!

The host of the show, Mike Florio, questioned Chris Simms about which quarterback was most likely to give it all up and retire in the middle of the season. Two seasoned players, Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady were presented as choices. Simms would have undoubtedly selected Rodgers as the clear pick in a different circumstance.

Because of his contentious political stances, Aaron Rodgers has been under increasing social pressure ever since the pandemic began. Simms, however, has since changed his mind in light of the recent events involving Brady and Gisele. He stated, “Usually, I feel like it would be Rodgers that would be that man. However, this is the one year I think Brady might win because of this year, certain off-the-field issues that are striking close to home and personal issues with Brady.”

“It seems like, and I don’t know this, that his wife is threatening divorce or going down that road by all due accounts of what you read. I think Rodgers is usually the guy to be more renegade and be like, ‘screw this, and I’m out of here.’ But this is a weird year where we’re seeing Brady do weird crap and having personal issues.”

Prior to the Bucs’ 20-18 defeat to the Steelers on Sunday, Simms also brought up how Brady skipped the team’s walk-through practice on Saturday in order to attend New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s wedding in New York on Friday. Brady was present at the unexpected wedding without Bündchen.

Chris Simms made his remarks after Steelers legend Ben Roethlisberger discussed Brady’s lack of enjoyment on the field in his podcast.

In the game on Sunday, when Fox cameras caught Brady ranting at his offensive linemen as Tampa Bay trailed Pittsburgh with less than a minute remaining in the first half, Roethlisberger noted that Brady “looked like a different Tom.”

On his Sirius XM “Let’s Go” podcast earlier this week, Brady expressed his displeasure with the 3-3 Buccaneers, saying that he doesn’t think his team is performing to the level it is capable of.

Page Six was the first to disclose last month that Brady and Bündchen are having marital difficulties as a result of a quarrel over the quarterback’s choice to return to the NFL.
