Panthers Coach Kicks Robbie Anderson Off Field Mid Game!

The Carolina Panthers didn’t make a big impression against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. Still, interim coach Steve Wilks did by benching wide receiver Robbie Anderson late in the third quarter following a heated disagreement between the player and position coach Joe Dailey.

After a 24-10 defeat in his first game as Anderson’s replacement after Matt Rhule was fired on Monday, Wilks remarked of Anderson, “No one is larger than the team.” “I’m not going to concentrate all of my attention on one person,” the speaker said.

In the second quarter of Sunday’s game, Anderson is seen punching wide receivers coach Joe Dailey, showing how frustrated the Carolina offence’s coaching staff was.

Before sending his wide receiver to the locker room in the third quarter, interim head coach Steve Wilks was observed mediating an altercation between Anderson and Dailey once more. A football staff member for the Panthers led Anderson off the field.

When he was seen sitting apart from his teammates on the bench during the Week 6 game against the Los Angeles Rams, wide receiver Robbie Anderson of the Carolina Panthers caused quite a commotion.

Since Matt Rhule was sacked, trade speculations have been swirling around Anderson, who now faces an unclear future with the organisation. After getting into a fight with wide receivers coach Joe Dailey on Sunday, Anderson made matters worse and was ejected from the sidelines by interim head coach Steve Wilks.

The furious eruption almost signals Anderson’s departure from the Panthers. An outburst like this essentially ensures that Anderson will be traded in the upcoming weeks, given the growing number of trade rumours.

Prior to Wilks kicking him off the field, Robbie Anderson was not targeted by the Panthers’ slow passing attack against the Rams under the leadership of PJ Walker.

When asked why he was sent to the locker room, Anderson stated he “had no idea.” Anderson decided to speak with the media after meeting with general manager Scott Fitterer even though Dailey was unavailable for comment.

I was really perplexed, Anderson admitted. “I want a part in the contest. Nobody has ever yelled at me to quit the game. Because of it, I was genuinely baffled and upset. I ought to be. Nobody who is a true competitor, who understands the value they provide, and who truly loves the game will be content with being told not to do anything or being removed from something when they didn’t do anything wrong, in my opinion.”

After Carolina’s fifth loss in six games this season and 12th in the previous 13 games going back to last season, Anderson made it obvious he hadn’t been instructed he had to address the media.

Anderson remarked, “I don’t want anybody to have a misperception of me,” before mentioning off-field events during his time playing for the New York Jets and in college and earlier in the NFL. I didn’t defend myself at other times in my life when I faced controversy.”

Anderson stated, “I’ve been involved in trade rumours before. “It’s a component of the game. I don’t allow it to impact me.”

Anderson said when asked if he wanted to be traded: “I would not say that I desire to be traded. I’ll allow God to carry out his intentions for my life. I’ll let events unfold in their own time.”
