Kansas City Mayor Shades Tom Brady After Chiefs Win
On Sunday Night, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were defeated 41-31 by the Kansas City Chiefs. But in the second quarter, the Kansas City defensive line sacked Tom Brady and hit his throwing shoulder, giving the Buccaneers a frightful experience.
According to some reports, Tom Brady appeared injured after sustaining the blow. However, the same Brady disproved its significance.
Just retire TB12. It’s time, bro.

Kansas City Mayor Throws Shade At Tom Brady
Sports-related grudges are challenging to end. Tom Brady’s performance in Super Bowl LV hasn’t placated the mayor of Kansas City. For the first time since the 2021 Super Bowl, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs made the trip to Tampa Bay. All night, it seemed like the visiting team was out to prove something.
Politicians often become involved in sports, which may be tricky. There are too many rivalries in college athletics for you to ever want to take a side. However, you must support the Chiefs with your life if you’re the mayor of Kansas City. Bringing the slurs is Mayor Quinton Lucas.
Mr. Mayor, ALL due respect. BUT WHY WOULD YOU TWEET THIS?

Naturally, this occurred in the middle of the contest. Kansas City got out to a quick start and scored frequently. Though Tom Brady still has so much time left in the game, it is audacious to make such a claim. Fortunately for Mayor Lucas, Mahomes and the crew took care of business, so he didn’t have to delete this.
However, the brazen trash language didn’t sit well with this local newscaster.

Brady kept the game highly exciting when the Chiefs appeared to be running away with it at one point. For a brief while, the Buccaneers’ offence began to gel, and they closed the gap to 10 points. At that time, nobody is secure. Thank goodness the defence stepped up thanks to Twitter responses from Kansas City’s mayor.
There would undoubtedly be tens of thousands of comments urging the mayor to step down, memes featuring Brady with his red laser eyes, and another standard fare if the Chiefs had lost this game.

Brady practically put the team on his back while leading the Buccaneers to a 31-point victory, so it wasn’t time for him to call it quits as soon as possible. For the first time since the NFL and AFL merged, a team scored more than 30 points on Sunday night while only gaining 3 yards in the running game.
39 of 52 passes completed by Brady resulted in 385 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. Compared to Mahomes, that is more than 136 yards and fewer interceptions. Mahomes had a passing rating of 97.7 at the end of the game, while Brady’s final passer rating was 114.7.

Nevertheless, their victory over the Buccaneers does not indicate that Tom Brady should step down any time soon. Imagine the Buccaneers this season if Brady decides to stay in retirement; in fact, the opposite is true.
