“He Was Just Playing Ball”- Tyreek Hill Finds No Malice in Josh Tupou’s Tackle on Tua Tagovailoa
Tyreek Hill is one of the best wide receivers in the NFL at the moment and his performances in 2022 so far are proving just that. The self-proclaimed fastest man in the NFL is currently in his first season with the Miami Dolphins after switching over from the Kansas City Chiefs where he won a Super Bowl.
Hill was a very expensive acquisition for the Dolphins, as they traded five draft picks to the Kansas City Chiefs in return for Hill. Additionally, Hill signed a four-year $120 million deal that makes him the highest-paid wideout in the NFL.

The Miami Dolphins have had a brilliant start to the season and at the end of game week three, they were one of only two teams to remain undefeated. However, that changed quickly in game week four as they succumbed to a loss against Joe Burrow and his team, in a game where Tua Tagovailoa was seriously injured.

After the game, Hill issued a stern warning to one of the Bengals’ assistant coaches. Hill said that one of the coaches, whose name he does not know, said something objectionable and that Tyreek Hill plans to find the man and address it with him. He said, “Whichever coach that is, I’m gonna come find you bro. Me and you gotta have a mano a mano conversation. ‘Cause at the end of the day I felt disrespected as a man.”
Tyreek Hill shares his thoughts on Tua Tagovailoa’s injury
During the game against the Bengals, Tagovailoa was hit by Josh Tupou who brought him down to the ground with force. Tagovailoa suffered a major concussion in that incident and was rushed to the hospital.
This is a disaster. Pray for Tua. Fire the medical staffs and coaches. I predicted this and I hate that I am right. Two concussions in 5 days can kill someone. This can end careers. How are we so stupid in 2022. pic.twitter.com/D8S8eEbgda

Hill shared his thoughts on the incident. He said, “The Bengal player who made the sack, he wasn’t trying to do anything dirty, he was just playing ball.” Tyreek Hill had an excellent game on Thursday night against the Bengals catching 10 passes for 160 yards. Hill currently leads the NFL with 477 receiving yards. It will be interesting to see how this situation develops.
