NFL Players Forced to Adhere to a New League Rule, Thanks to Tom Brady

Tom Brady, the quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will be made to pay by every NFL team. Brady reportedly broke two tablets during a Week 2 victory against the New Orleans Saints, prompting the NFL to apparently send memos to all 32 teams before Week 3 cautioning them against doing the same.

Tom Brady, or anybody else for that matter, is not welcome to have any more tablet tantrums in front of the NFL. After what happened with Tom Brady last week, NFL players are not permitted to smash iPads on Sunday.

A frustrated 45-year-old was seen on tape spiking the league-issued gadget. On the broadcast, there was a video of Brady tossing a tablet, which he probably broke.

Tom Brady smashed two tablets in the Bucs’ last game

Brady reportedly destroyed two tablets throughout the course of the game, and a third tablet was allegedly stomped on and broken on the Buccaneers bench, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Sunday. The fact that he wasn’t penalized for it, though, seems a little odd.

Although the Buccaneers won the game, Brady had a difficult time. Due to injury, Chris Godwin and Julio Jones were both unable to participate, and although Mike Evans did play, he was dismissed for fighting. As a result, Breshad Perriman, Scotty Miller, and Russell Gage were the team’s main receivers for Brady.

Tom Brady laughed about it on his podcast with Jim Gray on Monday night after making an apology earlier this week on social media.
