Game week two of the 2022 NFL season just wrapped up and the fans have been treated to yet another week of jam-packed action. Game week two saw a bunch of impressive performances, shock losses, and everything else you could possibly imagine. Ahead of the third game week of this season, we take a look at some of the standout fantasy performers from game week two and who they’re facing this coming weekend so that you can make an informed choice about whom to get into your respective teams.

Lamar Jackson
Lamar Jackson had a stellar game against the Dolphins. Jackson completed 21-of-29 passes for 318 yards and three touchdowns (142.6 rating), adding 119 rushing yards and one score on nine carries (13.2 avg.). He also recorded a 79-yard touchdown run and became the first player in the last 25 seasons with a 75-yard run and a 75-yard pass in the same game. In the process, Jackson now has 62.84 fantasy points in total. Next up for the Baltimore Ravens are the New England Patriots.

Josh Allen makes it to the top two for the second week, running after a brilliant performance against the Tennessee Titans. Allen threw for 317 yards and four touchdowns in three-quarters of work. He has scored 61.16 so far this season, and his team takes on the Miami Dolphins in game week three of the 2022 NFL season.

Jalen Hurts makes it to the top three of the highest-scoring players in fantasy points after an impressive win over the Vikings. Hurts racked up over 300 passing yards to go along with 57 rushing yards, becoming the first Eagles quarterback to hit those marks in the same game since Michael Vick did so back in 2010. The Eagles quarterback now has 57.74 fantasy points so far this season. Next up for the Eagles are the Washington Commanders in the 2022 NFL season.

Carson Wentz and his men put on a valiant effort, but it was not enough to secure a comeback win against the Detroit Lions. Wentz finished 30 of 46 for 337 yards and three touchdowns. He has 55.5 fantasy points so far this season and his team takes on the Philadelphia Eagles next week in the 2022 NFL season.

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa led from the front as the Dolphins came from behind to secure an impressive 42-38 win against the Baltimore Ravens. Tagovailoa threw for 469 yards and six touchdown passes. He has 53.66 fantasy points so far this season and his team takes on the red-hot Buffalo Bills this weekend.
